我国个税实行的是9级累进税率

 

单纯提高个税起征点的“效益悖论”，无疑勾勒出了一幅尴尬的图景：很多为提高个税起征点而热情鼓呼的人，实质上是为应加重税负的富人利益而努力奋斗。这就告诉我们，不仅应该关注个税起征点变化，更应该关注税率调整，关注从分类所得税制到综合所得税制的税制调整。
